Apparently there have been some problems with Webkinz trading cards being bought off of store shelves, whether it is the feature codes on the card, or something else, Webkinz officials have posted a “bulletinz” on their site that has said the following: “If you have purchased packs or boxes of our Webkinz Trading Cards, and you find they are damaged or defective in any way, please return the sales receipt, all contents, and packaging to:” For USA: Ganz For Canada: Ganz They also ask that if you do send in the defective cards that you include a letter detailing the problem, along with it you should have your first and last name, and also a phone number just in case they need to contact you for any reason. The Webkinz officials have also stated that if any of the cards are bent whenever you receive a new pack, they will also replace those gladly, however, do not support any card replacements for cards received from secondary market (eBay) |

Often times it is in the real world, and often reigns true in the Webkinz World we have all come to enjoy, we would like to believe there would be nobody to take advantage of trusting kids or oblivious Webkinz owners but sadly, that is just not true. Where do the scammers strike most often though? Most would believe it starts in the game, however often times it begins elsewhere, on the forums Webkinz players visit on a daily basis. Whether carrying on conversations or setting up the next big trade to get you the new secret recipes, or even that exclusive bed Webkinz forums are quickly becoming the trading hub of the Webkinz community, and it is also on the steady rise of scummy scammers hanging out in the shadows. Often times scammers just do the typical “You send me this first, then I will send you this” and never deliver but some scammers take it to the next step, stealing account information, stealing all of your stuff, and sometimes even deleting your account that you spent time and money on! Safeguard yourself ! Don’t give your user name or password to any non-official Webkinz site, or ANY user and please if you are on a forum, check to see if the user you are trading with has a good trading past! Often times if they are a scammer other users will know and will warn you! Ask around, and be smart and you can be scammer free in your Webkinz world! |

A recent rumor has come out stating that Webkinz is introducing a gardening feature into the Webkinz world! This new feature will allow you to pick up seed packets from the shop (and maybe a few RARE seeds from other places) and will let you plant them in the garden and tend to them while they grow. To tend to the garden is no huge feat, all you have to do is click on each plant daily, however some may forget and if you do forget to take care of your Webkinz garden you will end up getting a bunch of weeds! There is no news on whenever this feature will be released, but rest assured that once the feature is added it will add more interactivity in the Webkinz world by users. |

Have to take a break away from the virtual Webkinz World and venture into your daily life? No problem, you can take Webkinz with you in the form of trading cards! The deck of Webkinz Trading Cards is now out for sell and allows you to play great games with other people that will bring Webkinz even more into your daily life! One of these great games is the classic Go Fish! By far one of the easiest, and best games if you have never played Webkinz Go Fish you will find it to be easy and fun. Play the classic game with Webkinz Trading Cards!
Rules: Randomly choose a player to go first. On each player’s turn, they ask the other player if the have a card with the same name as a card in their hand. (You can only ask for cards that you have at least one of). If the asked player has one or more copies of that card, they must give all of the copies to the asking player. If the asking player now has four of any one card, they can lay all of the cards down as a “book”. If the asked player does not have any cards of the name asked, they must say “Go Fish” and then the asking player draws the top card of the deck and adds it to their hand. When a player lays down their sixth book, they are the winner! If either player ever runs out of cards in their hand, the game immediately ends, and the player with the most books wins! |
